A panel of scholars, including Nick Bostrom, presented what they believed to be the most challenging unsolved problems in the social sciences at a symposium at Harvard University on 12 April.


Each of the panelists spoke from the social science perspective, and presented a problem they considered both “important” and challenging to solve.
