Specialization: Digital Intelligence and Counterintelligence Capabilities; Information Technology and Security; Arms Control 
 
Di Cooke is a PhD candidate at the Centre for Science and Security Studies (CSSS).  She holds a Master’s degree in Intelligence and International Security from King’s College London and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Psychology from the University of St Andrews. Her research focuses are on the intersection between AI, intelligence, and international security, as well as on the international control of powerful dual-use technologies.
