Joshua Monrad


Joshua is a researcher in our Biosecurity Research Group. His research interests include how to incentivise and facilitate the development of medical countermeasures, how to regulate and disseminate (or not) potential dual-use research, and how to convert insights from biosecurity research to actual policy change. Joshua holds a MSc in public health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and London School of Economics and Political Science. He also holds a BA in ethics, politics, and economics from Yale University.
