The Future of Humanity Institute is pleased to announce the Amlin-Oxford Martin School Conference on Systemic Risk, taking place on February 11th-12th.  Speakers will include Lord Robert May, Professor Didier Sornette, Professor Ian Goldin, and Professor Doyne Farmer.

Topics will cover a wide variety of phenomena, such as how to predict full scale system collapse.  Dr. Milica Vasiljevic and Dr. Mario Weick will discuss how cognitive biases can impact the way we model extreme events, while Dr. Gordon Woo will give us insights into catastrophe modelling.
