Eric Drexler, an academic visitor at the Future of Humanity Institute, will give a lecture on atomically precise manufacturing at the Oxford Martin School on January 22nd. The talk will be based on his new book, Radical Abundance.

Radical Abundance demonstrates how rapid advances in molecular science could enable an immense shift in our industrial systems and environmental quality. Such technology could potentially reduce the cost of processors and solar arrays by orders of magnitude, profoundly changing the nature of our global economy.

The talk will be followed by a drinks reception.  For more details, see here.
