Carl Frey discussed the future of automation and employment at the House of Commons on February 25th.  Our current research within the Oxford Martin School’s Programme on the Impacts of Future Technology suggests almost half of the modern workforce is vulnerable to increased automation.

Professions requiring both manual dexterity and social talent, such as nursing, are least vulnerable. For the full research report, please see here.
